We present the following terms and conditions to our laundry and dry cleaning customers:

While we will always do our best to satisfy our customers and make things right should something unforeseen impact our ability to achieve your satisfaction, we cannot be held liable beyond standard industry and Colorado state limits. 

Any order created in our store will be considered to consist entirely of “used” items and are worth a fraction of what the customer paid for them when they were new. It is therefore only at our professional discretion whether any such lost or damaged item qualifies for compensation, regardless of the original purchased value. The maximum financial liability we will accept for any lost or damaged item(s) is no more than ten (10) times the price we charged to clean the item(s) in question.

Any lost or damaged items must be reported to us within seven (7) days of pick up. Failure to do so makes retrieving a misplaced item or investigating damage to an item exponentially more difficult and must, therefore, be rejected. 

As such, unless you accept this risk, please do not bring us anything that you consider irreplaceable or otherwise precious to you. We handle thousands of garments, and while very few are lost or damaged, dry cleaning is a process that can sometimes affect your fabrics in unpredictable ways. We simply do not want to accept anything that you cannot afford to lose. 

While we strive to deliver items on time, that is not always possible due to the unique conditions present in the RFV, from extreme weather and traffic issues, staff shortages and other variables beyond our control.  As such, please do not bring us anything you need back on a certain day for a special event such as a wedding or a trip unless you are willing to accept that we cannot guarantee delivery times.
